Mayan's prediction and Our Drastic Reactions
The Mayan calender states that the end of a cycle will occur on December 22, 2012. Many people believe that this day will be the end of Earth as we know it. One night while watching television, a random commercial came on talking about how we need to "Sign up for a trip off of Earth" on a space shuttle sent to launch December 21, 2012. Basically, they are asking others to leave their homes forever for a very risky event that could possibly not even happen. Tell me..what do you think about "2012"? Is it really gonna happen? Would you sign up for the space shuttle?

I think nothing will happen because there has been multiple apocalypses predicted, but none of them came true

ReplyDeleteNo i dont it will happen because i think we will be just fine when that day come.No i would sign up for a space shuttle that is waste of money and i feel like only way i would go to space is if im a astronaut

ReplyDelete2012 is not going to happen. No one knows when the world is going to end. It could happen tommorrow for all we know. I think that the space shuttle is really stupid because if we are meant to die, we are going to die whether we are on earth or on a space shuttle.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone. No one knows when the Earth will end and people should not overreact and signup to get on a space shuttle. We as people should not be worried about that when we have people dieing everyday from dieases, violence and food hunger.
